In a tweet from the official World of Warcraft Twitter account, details emerged of a Shadowlands-centric Animated Series premiering during Gamescom. Opening Night Live will be showing the animated short August 27th at 2PM ET.
The details were echoed by Geoff Keighley who posted a direct link to Opening Night Live.

The trailer for Afterlives, the animated short, teased a story heavily drenched in Shadowland lore sure to make fans swoon as they await the release of the next expansion for World of Warcraft.
