World of Warcraft Outlines New Starting Experience with Shadowlands

For new and veteran players

By Poorna Shankar on April 09, 2020 | News | 0

Blizzard has outlined the new starting experience coming to World of Warcraft Shadowlands.

The new experience will be available to veteran players and new players. Essentially, it revolves around trying to figure out what happened to an expedition group. You’ll head to their last known location on the island,

“It’s here that you’ll begin to face the challenges the island presents, each increasing in difficulty as you work your way through your first 10 levels. As you progress, you’ll begin to learn more about using the new skills and abilities at your disposal.”

Additionally, once you’ve concluded, two new bosses await you in a mini-dungeon designed for 1-5 players. The new experience will teach new skills, while also introducing you to the mechanics of your chosen class.

If you happen to be entirely new to World of Warcraft, you’ll begin the game automatically in this new experience. Once you complete this experience, you’ll start with Battle for Azeroth content.

You can learn more about the starting experience here.
