According to YouTube user MabusGaming, World of Warcraft players may soon have the opportunity to participate in the legendary Secret Cow Level. Wait a minute...WORLD OF WARCRAFT players? That's right! Despite its association with Diablo and Diablo 2, Blizzard may be bringing the Secret Cow Level to World of Warcraft as part of Diablo's 20th Anniversary celebration scheduled for early 2017.
During the event, and as had been previously revealed, players will be able to earn Diablo-themed items including a guitar toy and the "Horadric Satchel" to expand inventory space. According to MabusGaming, and to intrepid dataminers, some new spells have been discovered in the code: "Moo" and "The Secret Cow Level" and even "Summon Portal to Cow Level".
During next weekend's Blizzcon, Blizzard will be celebrating Diablo's anniversary so it's possible we'll learn more.
