With World of Warcraft, any time an impending update lands on the public test realm, it means that deployment on live servers is not far away. With that in mind, the WoW community site has been updated with the news that the pre-expansion patch, the so-called "bridging" patch to span Warlords to Legion, has arrived on the PTR. All interested players can now log in to see some of Legion's signature systems in play including the new transmog system, the overhauled PvP system, the new melee Survival Hunter and all other class talent / skill revamps and much more.
With the pre-expansion update on PTR, it's likely to be a month or so before it is deployed to live realms in preparation for September's Legion launch.
