Blizzard has announced that Blizzcon will be held on November 6-7, 2015 in Anaheim at the convention center. Tickets will be sold on April 15th and 18th.
What will we see this year? I'm placing my money on new WoW expansion, and a Diablo 3 expansion... maybe one of their mystery new games as well? Doubtful, but who knows. There is that Warframe-esque game rumor to contend with.
Aside from that we'll for sure see the final Starcraft 2 chapter, more Hearthstone, and Overwatch will be in beta. I'm betting Heroes of the Storm will be close to officially launched too, if not already.
