World of the Living Dead Overview
World of the Living Dead is a free-to-play, browser-based survival-horror MMORPG developed by Dave Barton and Kulpreet Singh and published by Ballardia Games. Text- and Google Maps-based, the game blends survival-horror, MMO, and RTS gameplay, and allows players to guide their groups of survivors through the zombie infestation of Los Angeles County, competing against other players for limited, non-replenishing resources in order to survive. Players can join a faction at level 5, and tens of thousands of locations are littered throughout the area to find resources, or engage in PvP with opposing players in a bid to get access to other resources.
