The Wind of Luck: Arena team has sent word that the game is now fully developed and has entered its open beta phase of development. "Wind of Luck is a session-based team multiplayer online game dedicated to naval battles of the age of sail warships."
The Wind of Luck team has posted a short update about the game's progress towards release. The plan is to release WoL in two parts, first the WoL Arena followed by the rest of the project pending funding sources.
