Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor - Prophecy Expansion Pushed Back to July 30th
Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor - Prophecy, the stand alone expansion to Inquisitor - Martyr was announced in early May for a May 28th release alongside the Patch 2.0 update. In a brief announcement earlier today, however, Neocore Games has revealed that Patch 2.0 will be delayed to June 20th and Inquisitor - Prophecy will be delayed until July 30th.
Developers cited the need for both the update and the expansion to spend more time in development "to provide a more polished experience for our players".
Patch 2.0 is a free update for Inquisitor - Martyr that makes the game feel more like a traditional ARPG "while adding more content and variety to the game". This includes improvements to combat, leveling, itemization, new item tiers and much more.
Inquisitor - Prophecy features the new Tech-Adept Inquisitor class, a brand new campaign that continues the story of Inquisitor - Martyr as players travel through new environment to face off against the Eldar and Tyranids.
