Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade Articles

Lead Level Designer Steven Lumpkin has announced via his personal Twitter that he is leaving his position with the development of Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade.

The latest State of the Crusade letter has been posted on the Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade site. The letter discusses several big topics including the notion that game design is influenced by change, something the team has embraced when it comes to combat.

Hail and well-met, fellow Crusaders, it is once again time for us to look at what's new in the world of Eternal Crusade. Lots of things to talk about this week, good news for Ork players, the revelation of the winner of the Eldar fifth sub- faction vote, and some changes to the Founder's Program and the store, so let's dive right in.

Behaviour Interactive's Twitch.tv event yesterday fired off three big pieces of news: The fifth playable subfaction for the Eldar; the reveal of the Ork faction leader; and announced voting on the fifth playable subfaction for the Orks.

Behaviour Interactive will be revealing some new information about Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade during the live stream event to be held on Friday, April 10th. During the event, the Orks will meet their leader, the fifth Eldar subfaction winner will come to light and the contenders for the fifth Ork subfaction will be shown.

Greetings fellow Crusaders, and welcome to this week's look at the development of Eternal Crusade, a Warhammer 40K-based massive multiplayer third-person shooter. This week we are going to talk about Senior Producer Nathan Richardsson's latest State of the Crusade post, some recent news revealed on the Eternal Crusade twitch show, and some of the more interesting conversations taking place on the Eternal Crusade forums.

The Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade team has sent word that tomorrow's live stream will feature a production update, a first look at the game's UI, a developer Q&A and some great give aways.

Nathan Richardsson has taken to the Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade blog to pen the latest State of the Crusade letter. In it, he announces that the Founders Access for Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade will begin in Fall 2015 with the Founders Beta set to begin at an indeterminate date.

Greetings fellow Crusaders, and it's time for another look into the world of Eternal Crusade. Actually, this week we are going to look, not only at Eternal Crusade, but at some other Games Workshop titles that are currently in production that have piqued my interest.

Behaviour Interactive has posted a new poll to ask players which Eldar sub-faction should be the next to join Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade.

Well met, fellow Crusaders, the time has come, once again, for us to talk about Eternal Crusade, the upcoming MMO/Shooter hybrid being developed by Behaviour Studios, in Montreal. If you recall, our last article, bemoaning the lack of communication between the devs and the community, was published on the same day as Nathan Richardsson’s “State of the Crusade” post.

Behaviour Interactive will be hosting a very special Twitch live stream this Friday, February 27th from 2:00 pm Eastern / 11:00 Pacific that will be squarely focused on lore. The discussion will start with how Games Workshop and Graham McNeill work in tandem with Behaviour to ensure the most cohesive lore possible.

A brand new producer's letter has been published on the Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade site where Nathan Richardsson introduces himself and gives fans a bit of an update about the development of the game. Richardsson writes that the relative silence from Behaviour has been in large part due to the fact that the team is working on back end systems, but is also reviewing and revising the timeline to release the game.

Hail and well met, fellow Crusaders! Terry from MMORPG here, and I’m back to talk Eternal Crusade with you again. To be honest, there’s not a whole lot going on right now, other than the studio is still working on the game, particularly the first Early Access Module, but we’ll find some things to discuss anyway, good, bad and ugly, in no particular order.
