To better prepare Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade for its PC launch on September 23rd, publisher Bandai-Namco has stopped production for console versions of the game. According to B-N, the decision was difficult but was made in the best interest of focusing on the PC version to make it one that "matches our ambitions in terms of content and quality".

Behaviour Interactive has sent the word that the first PvE map has been released for Early Access servers in Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade. The Tyranids Swarm PvE map pits you and up to 4 players of your faction together, taking on wave after wave of Tyranids. This map is a part of a larger update that also includes performance improvements, XP events, new Eldar weapon and various other tweaks and improvements.

Behaviour Interactive announced via its weekly livestream last Friday that a PvE dungeon with Tyranids will be coming to the Early Access version of the game next week. At this point, the dungeon doesn't have hardcore mode, elements of random generation or harder enemies, but it all will come at some point in the future.
