As the much anticipated release of Shadowlands approaches, Blizzard is celebrating the launch with the release of a new cinematic trailer, titled "Beyond the Veil," setting up the next expansion in the World of Warcraft universe nicely.
The trailer itself isn't that long - just about 2 minutes, but it shows quite a bit, specifically the different regions and covenants players can join while venturing in the Shadowlands. From showing the vampiric Venthyr at their work to floating citadels in Naxxramas, the cinematic does a fair bit to drum up excitement from even the cursory WoW onlooker. Plus, this is the first real shot of the Jailer we've seen yet.
World of Warcraft: Shadowlands hits digital shelves next week on November 23rd - with pre-patch events and content currently ongoing, including some additional pre-patch updates last week..
