Temtem Gets A 1.0 Release Date, Launching Out Of Early Access On September 6th

Temtem, the creature collecting title by Crema and Humble Games, will finally be released out of Early Access later this year. Coming on September 6th to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, PC, and Nintendo Switch, the Pokemon-inspired MMO will bring with it new features, areas, and more.

Temtem is, if you'll recall, the colorful creature collecting title inspired by Game Freak's Pokemon series, bringing tamers to the Airborne Archipelago to adventure with their chosen Temtems. The MMO will see players able to take part in an overall story campaign either by themselves or with friends, compete against other Temtem tamers to see who is the best, and more.

Temtem's 1.0 release will include the addition of the final island in the Archipelago, new features such as Seasons (with an accompanying Battle Pass), weekly quests and more, in addition to the content already built up over the years in Early Access.

The MMO will be launching on PC, PlayStation 5, as well as Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch. Preorders are actually live for all platforms except the Switch, which will be live at a later date. Temtem will be releasing with a Digital Deluxe version should players choose it, which comes with the complete title, as well as cosmetic bonuses. Additionally, there will be a physical edition that comes complete with a statue, Temcards, pins, and more.

You can learn more about Temtem from the official website. Also, check out the launch trailer in the embed above. If you've been curious about the MMO, check out Scott's column from February, where he talks about his adventures on the Airborne Archipelago.
