Path of Exile 2 made an appearance at Summer Game Fest today, showing off some new gameplay in a teaser trailer from Grinding Gear Games.
The trailer, which is only about a minute long, highlights some magic-based gameplay, the character on screen flinging lightning bolts and more at enemies closing in on all sides. The Witch gameplay looks dark, grimy, and insanely fun - you know, in keeping with the style we typically see with Grinding Gear Games' Path of Exile.
The trailer ends with a hulking beast crashing through the wall behind our hero, then a cut to the sick logo design of Path of Exile 2 - a new logo design by the looks of it. It teases another look at PoE 2 at the upcoming Exilecon event happening in Auckland, New Zealand next month on July 28th. - a countdown of which is also on the MMOARPG's PoE 2 splashpage.
Path of Exile 2 was first revealed back at ExileCon 2019, showcasing the next evolution in Grinding Gear Games' ARPG. Free-to-play, just like the current version of Path of Exile, we had the chance to go hands-on with Path of Exile 2 back at the event and came away eager for more.
