Star Wars: Jedi Survivor Gets Final Gameplay Trailer Showing Off Some Of Cal's New Moves

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is in the home stretch before its global launch on April 28th, and during the Star Wars Celebration over the weekend, Respawn Entertainment released the final gameplay trailer for the upcoming action-adventure title

The trailer shows off Jedi Knight Cal Kestis as he fights against the Galactic Empire. Set five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Cal himself has a few new moves up his sleeve that showcase his evolution from wary Padawan to full-fledged Jedi Knight.

The trailer also hints at some of the story of Survivor, with Cal meeting up with various characters from the previous game such as Cere and Merrin, and meeting up with some new faces. Cal also shows off some of his new moves like new Force abilities, including a mid-air dash, or that time Cal threw a Stormtrooper into an oncoming TIE Fighter.

The trailer also shows more of Cal's new Cross Guard stance, which is inspired by Kylo Ren from the Sequel Trilogy. Cal gets a few new stances in Jedi: Survivor, including the new Dual Blade stance, the Cross Guard, and a stance that sees Cal wield a Pistol in addition to his Lightsaber.

You can check out the full trailer in the embed above. Recently we had the chance to go hands-on with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor at a preview event in Los Angeles, where the game felt like the right evolution of Cal's story, fueling a more powerful Jedi fantasy.
