Sea of Thieves Executive Producer Joe Neate is back with the latest edition of the Developer Update series. In this episode, Neate reveals that the Arena is currently in testing, some of the big improvements coming to the game in the future and he takes a look back at Shrouded Spoils and some of the key metrics from 2018.
Most notably, Arena will be deployed to Pioneers for testing and the team is fully expecting to receive a lot of feedback. The developers are working through the internal testing process to try to get it out to Pioneers as soon as possible.
Lastly, Neate talks about the energy that the team is applying to what it's working on. "There's a lot of exciting stuff going on across the team, though we're not quite ready to talk about it yet."
