Not So MMO - 25 Minutes of Space Hulk: Deathwing Gameplay

Space Hulk: Deathwing is a new co-op and single-player FPS with RPG elements from Cyanide Studios.

You'll customize your load-outs, your classes, and play through a 10-15 hour solo campaign story as well.  Action and premise is similar to Left 4 Dead, where the waves of Tyranid swarm are coming for you at different intervals throughout your progress in the game.

Combat feels great so far, and the action while slow to build at the outset of the campaign, picks up nicely. It's a LOT like Left 4 Dead, but with some minor RPG elements in finding new weapons, artifacts, and upgrading your team. I've only played about an hour so far, and haven't yet tried the co-op, but I'm really keen to do so. It seems like we finally have a good game set in the 40K universe that's not called Dawn of War.

From the game info:

In Space Hulk: Deathwing, the player is a Librarian of the Dark Angels 1st company of Space Marines. Librarian's are Space Marines that unlike other Space Marines can use the power of the Warp, also known as the The Immaterium. The Librarians use traditional weaponry of the Space Marines, such as the Bolter and Power Swords, but also use their psychic might against their foes. One such psychic ability that some librarians can use is Hellfire, which sends fire coursing through the enemy. As such, Librarians are highly respected by their brethren. They also keep the Chapter's history, but as in the case of the Blood Ravens, the history can sometimes be lost. Librarians can protect their brother's from the malignant attentions of enemy psykers by the use of their psychic hoods to project their power to help their brothers.
