Nexon's upcoming co-op action RPG shooter, The First Descendant, got a new trailer this week, teasing some new gameplay.
The upcoming RPG shooter is built on Unreal Engine 5, which the trailer shows off in its full glory. The brief look is a tease of the full trailer coming later this month at Gamescom 2022. A free-to-play shooter, The First Descendant sees players protect the world from invading aliens, teaming up in groups of four to stave off the threat.

"The gameplay includes strategic boss fights with 4-player tactics, grappling hooks, unique character abilities, gripping gunplay, and tons of looting. After clearing missions and defeating enormous bosses, players can unlock powerful new characters, equipment, and upgrades. "
For players interested in checking out the gameplay for themselves, a PC closed beta is set to hit this fall. Sign-ups are available now on the Steam Page. While the beta will be held on PC, Nexon's The First Descendant is also coming to PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
