Mortal Online 2 Introduces Bounty Hunters and More in Patch 1.0.2.7

You love Bounty Hunters. I know you do, which is probably one of the reasons you’re interested in this new update for Mortal Online 2. In patch 1.0.2.7 players will be able to take part in the Bounty Hunter system, access new decorations for their homes, and they’ll find some extra Legendary weapon visual changes too.

Depicted as a regular update, Patch 1.0.2.7 will introduce several new things to the game, one of which is a Bounty Hunter System. The Bounty Contractor, Coraxi Facilitator has been added to all cities, along with the Coraxi Birdkeeper. Another change is related to guild diplomacy. Based on the latest update, if you are a guild that harbors more than one murderer, you could be subject to a War Declaration.

The update will also enhance some visual decoration for Legendary Weapons, and it will provide numerous new items for those looking to furnish their houses. Last month, Mortal Online 2 introduced an increase in the limit of housing items you could place in your dwelling. In addition to all the new things in this patch, more than a dozen fixes and balancing changes were made as well.

Mortal Online 2 has had a busy year, after the game finally launched, although the server struggles were a primary sticking point that prevented a large number of players from accessing the game. The team at Star Vault went on to sell more than 110,000 copies, and eventually increased the server capacity so that gamers could get in and play. Currently, the game is showing about 1600 daily peak players on Steam, with the all-time high of around 9700 from when it launched 3 months ago.

Since launch, Star Vault has worked hard at making improvements, and as of this post, it has been slowly trending upward in its Steam Review score, now sitting at a mixed review score, with over 7,500 reviews, and more than 58% of them showing positive. With the game migrating to Unreal Engine 5 in the future, will Mortal Online 2 reach a positive review score on Steam soon? Let us know in the comments what you think.
