The Crowfall site has been updated with the second part of a two part series called "A Murder of Crows". In it, J. Todd Coleman chats about why his work on Shadowbane had "a tremendous vision I was very proud of".
“Me and my buddies had sold our technology company, Reliant. It wasn’t a giant win, but it was a significant win. We decided the smart play is to take all of that money and roll it on a game company.” Taking inspiration from the movie Braveheart and the then-little-known A Song of Ice and Fire novel series, Wolfpack Studios’ bloodbath MMO, Shadowbane, was born.
“Shadowbane had, looking back now, a tremendous vision I was very proud of. There’s a lot of things about the project that I would do completely differently knowing what I know now.”
