Horizon: Forbidden West is coming to PC and this week we learned about its PC specific features as well as its release date.
The PC version of Horizon: Forbidden West is a ‘Complete Edition’ bundling the base game’s content along with its Burning Shores expansion.
The PC version of the game is now available for pre-order and those who pre-purchase the game will be granted a number of goodies including a Blacktide Outfit and Bow, two special outfits and weapons, and in-game resource pack, an in-game Apex Clawstrider machine strike piece, exclusive photo mode pose and face paint, and a Nora Legacy Outfit and Spear. The Nora Legacy Outfit and Spear can only be unlocked by linking a Steam account to the PlayStation Network, however.
Guerilla Games and Nixxes are noting a number of key PC features coming in this release as well, including ultrawide support, unlocked frame rates, support for DLSS 3 frame generation, as well as AMD FSR, and Intel XeSS technologies. DLAA is also available for those with high spec systems and DirectStorage is being touted as allowing for quick load times on PC.
Horizon: Forbidden West Complete Edition arrives on PC on March 21.
