Hood: Outlaws & Legends Details Gameplay With In-Depth New Trailer

Hood: Outlaws & Legends brings heists to a medieval world, and the team at Sumo Digital are breaking down the gameplay players can expect in an in-depth trailer ahead of the launch in May.

Hood: Outlaws & Legends sees players take the role of a unique Outlaw working together to sneak through strongholds to capture treasure. However, the twist with Hood is that while you're dealing with the NPC threat, another team of players is also vying for that same treasure, throwing them into the mix as well.

Players will need to infiltrate and make their way past knights, guards and a hard-hitting Sherrif to steal the loot. All the while they'll need to be on the lookout for other players who are trying to do the same. This seems like it will lend itself well to some crazy combat situations thanks to the PvEvP gameplay.

The trailer breaks down some of the different locations, such as strong medieval castles or fortresses with secret entrances and paths to help slink your way into the stronghold. From there your team will have to figure out their perfect mix of stealth and combat to pull off the heist.  Along the way you'll need to capture spawn points and capture the vault key from the Sherriff, who can one-shot any player.

The trailer goes on to break down the different classes you can play in Hood: Outlaws & Legends, including the long-range sniping Ranger or the berserking BrawlerHood: Outlaws & Legends is coming to PC, Xbox One and Series Consoles, as well as PlayStationg 4 and PS5 on May 7th if you preorder, otherwise the multiplayer heist game hits officially on May 10th.
