Round8 Studios is ramping up their push for players to get ready for the PC release of its MMORPG, Bless Unleashed. Today, a few weeks ahead of time, the team has dropped a Steam Launch Trailer, celebrating the upcoming August 6th launch date.
The short trailer doesn't show much in terms of actual gameplay, but is meant more to set the tone and get interested players ready for the game when it hits Steam on August 6th. Exactly when players can hop into the servers was announced today as well on Steam, with the game servers opening up at 9am PDT/12pm EDT on launch day.
While initially slated as just a console MMO, Bless Unleashed is coming to PC after a few beta tests earlier this year. The launch next month will see the MMO hit Steam, with what Round8 calls "official platforms" to follow afterwards, and brings with it an experience hopefully more tailored to the PC platform. The team throughout the beta process has been taking feedback and implementing it to make Bless as good as it can on PC, especially given it was initially designed around controller and console alike.
Changes include an easier to navigate UI, responsive combat, and more. The trailer today doesn't really speak to any of that, rather showing off some of the enemies you'll face off against, including the big bad himself towards the end, while the player-character warriors prepare for the fight ahead. Again, it's not a gameplay trailer, but it does try to set the tone for those eager to hop into Bless Unleashed's world once it hits on August 6th.
