Astellia Online Gameplay TCG + MMORPG Fusion - G-STAR 2016 [GameAbout]

Astellia Online is a new game coming from Nexon that seeks to bring a new hybrid game type to players around the world.

Shown during this week's G-Star 2016, Astellia is being built using the Unreal Engine 3 and combines aspects of trading card games and MMOs together. Players collect cards in a variety of rarities to use during battle by summoning companions to fight alongside them. 

"Barunson E&A announced that the name of their upcoming new MMORPG Project A has been changed into Astellia officially. Astell refers to all kinds of summon monsters in game which will fight with the character. The combat style of every character will change with the type of Astell summoned. Besides, the developer said that they will bring console-game-like combat experience to players."

During G-Star 2016, Nexon showed off the first gameplay from Astellia Online and enabled a teaser site in Korean. There is no definitive word when Astellia will head westward.
