Albion Online has been hyping their Call to Arms update over the past several weeks, and today, the wait is over. The Call to Arms update will introduce a reworked Faction Warfare System, a new playable faction, and much more.
A lot of upgrades and changes were made in the Call to Arms update, including a Unity Game Engine update, meant to optimize development and provide improvements to the performance of the game as a whole. The patch notes pinpoint areas of the game where players will see new features, such as the revamped Faction Warfare, the new playable faction of Caerleon, the Elite Faction Mounts, the Hellgate rework, and plenty of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
In addition to these features, the team at Sandbox Interactive has been hard at work banning hackers, and gold sellers to make the game more fair for everyone. With all of the tremendous changes that are now live in Albion Online it might be just the right time to get involved once more, especially if you haven’t logged into the game in a while.
