Trion Worlds has taken to the Trove forums to let players know that a new server has been added and that coders have worked through the weekend on optimization to ensure that all players have a smooth, lag-free experience in game.

Trion Worlds has announced that the official launch day for Trove has come at long last. Players can get started by downloading Trove from Steam or via the TroveGame.com.
The Trove team has put up a new developer diary to let players know about the new Cornerstone feature. Each player gets a personal 16 x 16 home base that can be customized at will. Players are given a Class Changer, a Rejuvenation Station and an Adventurer's Crafting Bench as starter gifts from the team.
Trion has announced that all interested parties will be able to log into Trove this Thursday, June 25th from 12:00am Pacific - 11:59pm Pacific / 3:00am Eastern - 2:59am Eastern to help celebrate the end of open beta testing prior to the official launch of the game later this summer.
Trion Worlds has announced that dragons will be arriving in Trove beginning next week. Players will receive a dragon hatchling that can be raised to a fire-breathing mount over time. The team has plans to release more information over the next week or so.
Though it feels as if Trove has been launched for a long, long while, it actually hasn't been. Trion is correcting that misinformation by announcing that the official Trove launch date is now set for July 9th.
Trove players will want to head into the game to check out the latest update, Fish 'N' Ships. Players can now access fishing boats and take the battle to the high seas against pirates and head to the Treasure Isles. Trion has released a new trailer to show off Fish 'N' Chips. The Trove site has been updated with a mini preview of the next game update called Fish 'N' Ships. In the preview, players get a good look at least one of the ships that players will be able to craft or Mastery. Players need to beware, however, in that ships can be sunk by those scurvy denizens of the high seas, pirates!
Trove builders are being invited to a live stream event later today and are being asked to bring their wildest and craziest requests to the team for possible inclusion in the game at a later date. The event will kick off at 1:30 pm Pacific / 4:30 pm Eastern on the Trove Twitch channel.
Trove players are being urged to prepare for tomorrow's release of the "Take Flight" update. The patch will be deployed during scheduled downtime on Tuesday, February 10th.
When the Take Flight content update goes live in Trove later this spring, the new Shadow Hunter class will make its debut in the game. As the name implies, the Shadow Hunter is a deadly ranged opponent that uses a bow and arrows.
