Once-stalled Kickstarter aspirant Trials of Ascension achieved new life this week when it collected $30,000 (75%)of its "Light the Forge" milestone. Developer Forged Chaos LLC has high hopes this will pave the way to a renewed Kickstarter campaign. The money gathered will fund additional staff who will build a new playable demo to power the new Kickstarter efforts.
