IGN Matrix Vault has just posted the fourteenth "Question of the Week" for The Matrix Online. This week they ask Lead Designer Toby Ragaini about the roles of pets in the game - which are known as Simulacra in The Matrix Online, which are available to denizens of the Matrix.
