The Crew 2 Articles
The Crew 2 is speeding along in its newest major update, Demolition Derby! Bringing the chance to go head to head with other players in time attack races as well as smashing viciously into others while destroying cars left and right in the Demolition Derby discipline. This huge update brings all this and more and I had a chance to check it all out ahead of time courtesy of Ubisoft.
The Crew 2 hit open beta this weekend for a limited time so that everyone could get a taste to see if Ubisoft has improved on the original formula that was The Crew. More cars, more bikes, more boats, planes & hovercrafts oh my. There is a lot in the new game, but only some of it was available during the open beta. Let's take a look at how the game is so far.
Feel the water on your face as you race your way through the waves, or feel the air flow through your hair as your car whips around a corner, figuratively speaking of course. The Crew 2 picks up where the first one left off in terms of gameplay, graphics, and open world story missions. Your character selection process begins with picking your perfect avatar for the story ahead. The Crew 2 is very much different from the first game, and that’s definitely for the best.
Ubisoft is doubling down on their open-world racer series with the upcoming launch of The Crew 2. Players will be able to roam the streets, but the skies and waterways as well. You’ll be able to switch between land vehicles that range from dirt bikes to high-end race cars into airplanes and speed boats on the fly while exploring the in-game world. We got some hands-on time with the game and shot some exclusive video.
