Starting today, The Crew 2 is available for a free weekend through April 28th. Players will have full access to the game, including the new content added in the Hot Shots update. Players who try out the game and decide to purchase it can do so with a sweet 70% off the normal price for the base game and 50% off the Season Pass. Any progress attained during the free weekend will be kept if the game is purchased.
The Hot Shots update includes an update to the weekly PvE competition, LIVE Summit. During LIVE Summit, "Icon-level players take on nine activities selected among the game’s wide range of playgrounds and fan-favorite disciplines such as Street Racing and Hypercar, to win new exclusive vehicles."
The update also includes the Bugatti Divo added in celebration of the brand's 110th anniversary. Players can also check out the newly added Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X - 2014 and the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 - 2009. Lastly, over 40 new customization options were added.
