Developer Turtle Rock has ended development on Back 4 Blood, its co-op zombie FPS launched in late 2021, citing their small team size and work on a new game.

Chinese media company Tencent has made a new studio acquisition, buying the parent company of Back 4 Blood developer Turtle Rock, and increasing its massive hold on the gaming industry.

At The Game Awards this evening, Turtle Rock, the creators of the Left4Dead series showcased a new trailer and gameplay of their upcoming co-op zombie FPS, Back 4 Blood.
