Amazon Game Studios is preparing their first server merge of 2022 between the Avalon and Ramaja worlds in the Central EU region. Players were warned of the merge earlier this month as New World prepared for the merge of Ramaja on February 4th.

Kakao has started to detail the process of merging its Elyon North American and European servers into a single server for each region. Additionally, the team at Elyon detailed the process and when this might take place, with the first steps in the process happening in early January 2022.

Now that New World has officially past its initial new game surge, and free server transfers are available for all players, some in the community have requested that, instead of free transfers, New World should begin server merges. The thread went on to speak about the possibility of a server cap increase, and when players might expect such a change to take place. 

ArcheAge and ArcheAge Unchained's servers are getting a merger, with the "Server Evolution" for Unchained starting today. However, amid the merge, the MMO announced a new Fresh Start server, which will launch on March 25th.

ArcheAge is "evolving" its servers this week, and the servers today are being brought down to start prepping for this change. As such, the Auction House will be locked out until after the merge this week.

In the latest Ask a Pirate Day Q&A, the Atlas developers answer a number of questions, and tease a ship with a bright gold Kraken figurehead. Some interesting questions were addressed, such as the team's thoughts on merging servers, or creating a mega server, and if they have any updates on balancing PvP.

Good news for all you console TERA players. Cross play and a server merge are both set to arrive on November 19.
