It sounds like The Division 2 players are experiencing hard crashes after a recent update, and Ubisoft is aware of the problem.
Over the weekend we reported that the Xbox patch for Elder Scrolls Online rolled out early due to an internal publishing error, but today marks the rollout of the latest PC patch that was supposed to fix several issues including persistent crashes that a lot of players have complained about. Unfortunately for some, patch 6.2.8 for PC did not fix all of the crashes, and it seems a new problem relating to missing tickets and event boxes is under investigation.
In an accidental internal publishing error, the Xbox Elder Scrolls Online has pushed out their latest patch on Xbox One early. The patch is set to address several crashes that players have been having, though the crashes still persist on other platforms, with the same update set to release on PC Monday December 7th and Wednesday December 9th for Playstation 4 players.
In a series of rapid-fire tweets Elder Scrolls Online has acknowledged that the U28 Patch Update did not fix all of the crashes players were experiencing. The team urges calm as new patches are targeted for December 7th which will, hopefully, fix the remaining crashing issues.
