Star Wars: The Old Republic is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and the MMORPG is doing so in cinematic fashion that fits the franchise. BioWare and EA have taken to remastering its trailers in full 4K and re-releasing them one by one throughout the celebration.
Star Wars: The Old Republic recently released a Cantina Livestream with plenty of information for the avid SWTOR player along with and interview with their newest voice actor, Noshir Dalal. The Cantina Livestream also includes more special guest interviews, including a chat with voice actor Kari Wahlgren, and brings players up to date with everything that's been going on in the game in 2020 - and much more.
Star Wars: The Old Republic has been updated to bring the Galactic Legend content on board. Players will be able to participate in PvP battles "across the galaxy and become a Galactic Legend" while fighting in a new Arena. Stronghold PvP battles are also included as well as the Rishi Hideout that is ready to be personalized.
Star Wars: The Old Republic was recently updated with 5.8 "Command Authority". The latest content addition brings "the last and largest of the dangerous droid superweapons of Iokath" to life and no one is better suited to "reign in its terrifying power" than the player and their Alliance.
BioWare developers were on hand yesterday to live stream a bunch of new content coming to Star Wars: The Old Republic in Update 5. The team showed off conquests, the return of the Ashara and Vector, as well as Izax background and gameplay.
