The January Star Wars: The Old Republic Producer Live Stream took place on Thursday and the community team has posted a nice wrap report that includes some interesting nuggets of information including the Eternal Championship, a solo challenge of ten encounters that counts towards weekly missions reward progress, can include rare drops and a Recruitment Mission for a new companion named Bowdaar.
The first in a series of seven chapters from the Star Wars: The Old Republic expansion called Knights of the Fallen Empire will launch on February 11th. Called "Anarchy in Paradise", the content expansion will introduce a new ally named Firebrand.
Former Star Wars: The Old Republic subscribers are being invited back by Bioware to check out Chapter 1 of the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion. From now through January 4 former subscribers who opt-in for an e-mail newsletter will instantly receive a level 60 character that can begin Chapter 1, "The Hunt", for free.

Star Wars: The Old Republic is turning four this year and Bioware has revealed some pretty awesome anniversary gifts for players including the ability to purchase Coruscant or Dromund Kaas Strongholds for a mere 4 Credits. Players can also grab a new in-game rewards including the HK-51 Commemorative Statue, Ebon Hawk Starship Wall Mount and the Ebon Hawk Rest and Recharge animation.

Bioware has a new post from Eric Musco that concerns recent feedback about changes in the companion system after the last Star Wars: The Old Republic patch. According to Musco, the team has taken player feedback from the official forums, Reddit, fan sites and more into consideration for creating an "action list" of things they will be addressing over time.
