The Star Trek Online site has been updated with a new developer diary that lays out the details about the game's upcoming ninth anniversary. The event kicks off on January 23rd and will run through February 11th. During the anniversary celebration, a number of activities will be available for party hearty captains.
Anniversary fun includes:
- the Omega Molecule Stabilization Game - the more points scored, the better the chance for better quality Omega particle remnants that are used in crafting Omega Upgrade Kits
- earn a Tier 6 Vulcan T'Pau Scout Ship by completing an "anniversary reputation project"
- Party Patrol once a day to earn rewards
- earn a Party Popper
- new emotes
