SMITE players learned about the new Adventure game feature late last year. For the first Adventure in 2017, the SMITE team is giving a nod to Tribes Ascend in its new Capture the Flag mode.
During Nike's Valley of Victory, players will take part as one of five heroes: Ymir, Hercules, Loki, Anubis and Aremis. Teams will face off against the same five heroes with the same normal SMITE abilities. Flag carriers will also have a pair of special abilities.
The map is all new with a completely unique art set with new animations for carrying the flag.
The team is committed to new maps, new game modes and to giving players "wild and crazy things to do outside of the normal SMITE experience.
