Lots going on over at The Saga of Ryzom over the past few days. On Aug. 23rd, Ryzom Ring posted a brand new article. Ryzom Ring is " the innovative extension for Nevrax's online roleplaying game, The Saga of Ryzom. It provides tools that allow the players to access Ryzom's creatures, buildings, maps and missions to create their own events and scenarios, giving them unprecedented power to shape the game." and was first announced back at E3 2005.

On August 24th, developers released both a new story "Story Of A Young Fyros - Part 2" as well as a clarification on a number of the announced rebalancing changes. These changes should involve bringing PvP up to snuff as well as some PvE elements.    

1. Changing resistances on jewels [Updated]
2. Adding new magic protections on jewels [Updated]
3. Adding absorption of magic or melee special hits from mobs
4. Dividing heal life's power by 2
5. Increasing heal stamina's and heal sap's power [Updated]
6. Changing XP gain to give some even if the target resists [Deleted]
7. Changing XP gain for healer to give some even if the target is at full life [Deleted]
8. Suppressing the dividing factor in PvP [Updated]
9. Increasing double spell casting time to 2 seconds [Deleted]
10. Increasing double spell points consumption by 20%
11. Increasing area of effect's power by about 2
12. Increasing the absorption limits of armors [Updated] .
