The Rift site has been updated with a first look at the Warchanter that will be part of the Ascended Soul Pack that will arrive with the v3.6 update: Celebration of the Ascended.
According to the description, the Warchanter is a single-target healer who also specializes in shouts and chants to buff party members. The Warchanter is a great pair with the Liberator that brings damage and an even stronger support class.
