The Division 2 is the game The Division should have been. After such a disappointing streak of releases in this genre, it's refreshing that finally, someone has gotten it right. The Division 2 is fun now, not in six months, and if you're not playing it yet, it's time to get activated. This is our review of The Division 2.
The alarm has sounded, the light has changed from red to green and you are standing on the drop ramp. Your squad gets the “jump!” command and you go all out with rocket boosters forcing you to the ground more quickly than a freefall. You touch down on the landing platform and begin to scour for weapons, all the while enemy squads are doing the same. This is our review for Apex Legends.
With so many disastrous launches for looter shooters (and other live service games) over the past few years, surely Anthem would learn from the mistakes of its peers and not subject players excited for the game to yet another redemption arc. Right?
the resurrection of ELOA has come, branded under a new publisher and brandished with a new name, Warlords: Awakening has risen from the digital grave to christen a host of new western players with a Korean MMOARPG that woefully underperformed not but two years prior. Has it improved since our original review?
After several hours of exploring the rolling hills of West Virginia, our scored review for Fallout 76 is here. In this article, we will build on previous observations and experiences to draw our conclusion.
It’s easy to think at first Elsword is just a button mashing pseudo-mmo but there’s a lot of depth to the game once you get past the early game experience. They do a great job of laying everything out simply and then layering the complexity on top of it, so you learn everything in a way that makes sense and as a result it doesn’t seem all that complex. However, if you were to skip to the end game most people would quickly be in way over their heads.
From my first Early Access preview to my pre-launch Early Access Review, a lot has changed. Has Neowiz finally addressed the concerns players had leading up to their official launch, or is their new Free to Play conversion on their official western launch a too-little-too-late situation? With mild trepidation of what I may find, I return to Bless Online for my definitive Bless Online Launch Review.
Games like World of Tanks, Star Conflict, and War Thunder are out there with bigger crowds of people to play with. Sometimes that is what drives people to or from a game. Dreadnought does bring its own features to the ship battle game type though.
MapleStory 2 is an MMORPG that takes place in the same world as MapleStory 1 but essentially a different dimension. You take the role of the hero while choosing from one of nine jobs. Each job has its own backstory per the usual with MapleStory. These are just some of the choices with yet another coming later this year. Until then, this is our full Maple Story 2 review.
Sandbox MMO’s are always an interesting genre to dive into. Many aspects of this genre can be found in other genres; building, survival, economy, and combat to name a few. However when mashed together on a massive scale where the only real narrative is governed by the players that inhabit said world, it creates a unique and on occasion, satisfying experience.
It’s been a long eight months waiting for the PC release of Monster Hunter World following its console debut in January of this year. We got our hands on a copy to see how the franchises “most accessible title” plays with the old mouse and keyboard and if there much graphics improvement to be had.
The Crew 2 has been live since June 29th, and by now we have all had a decent amount of time to sink deeper into what this game is supposed to be. The first title in the series debuted to mixed reviews but eventually was shined up nicely to be quite a good game. Has Ubisoft learned from the past and made a stronger game or are we simply going to get more of the same? This is our review of The Crew 2.
I recently started playing Warframe... again. For about the 10th time maybe? For whatever reason, it’s been one of those games I really want to enjoy - I love the very idea of it - but it’s never stuck with me. That’s finally changed, and I’m not entirely sure why. But what I do know is that I’m finally understanding why 24 million-plus people have found themselves enjoying Digital Extremes MMO-like Action RPG-shooter hybrid.

After two weeks and one first impressions article later, much has happened and even more has changed in the highly critiqued roller coaster launch of Neowiz’s western early access launch of Bless Online. In its current state, Bless online offers a modicum of subtle victories hidden behind ostentatious gameplay, features that rarely hit the mark. With two prior rocky launches is Bless Online worth the cost for entrance now, or should buyers beware?
