Red Dead Online has been updated to bring the Sport of Kings Showdown Mode into the game. During the event, teams of up to eight players shoot it out with Sawed-off Shotguns to capture a torch needed to light their team's signal fire.
Battle on horseback to secure the burning torch and ride through all your team's signal fires to score in Sport of Kings. The newest Red Dead Online Showdown Mode is a true test of horsemanship for two teams and four to eight players, with Sawed-off Shotguns for close combat and rare single-shot Dynamite Bow pickups on either side of the torch to help even the odds.
In addition, new clothing items have been added to the Wheeler, Rawson and Co. Catalogue. Players at at least Rank 10 will receive a special care package while those at Rank 20 will receive an additional care package filled with goodies to help along the way. Lastly, players can leverage a 30% XP Boost on all activities throughout the week.
