Ragnarok RE:START is off and running for those looking for a nostalgic turn around the block. Available through Warpportal or Steam, Ragnarok RE:START invites players to join the progression server to watch worlds unfold from an era over a decade ago, eventually reaching the Ragnarok Online of today. It's not all "yesterday's game" either. There are "a full suite of convenience features" including achievements, RODEX, simpler party and friend communication and more.
Ragnarok RE:START is a new progression server being introduced by iRO that hopes to bring back the nostalgic glory days. Players will experience the content and updates over time, though with convenience features including RODEX and a full slate of achievements. Each month, Ragnarok RE:START will have a new update or expansion is released to bring additional content to the game on its way to becoming Ragnarok Online.

MMOCulture is reporting that Xingdong is bringing a faithful port of Ragnarok Online to mobile devices with many familiar features and several new ones as well. Players can look forward to GvG, manual adding of stats and more.
Chinese game studio, Xindong, has released a brand new trailer for its port of Ragnarok Online to mobile devices. Gravity has signed on for licensing of the IP and it appears that much of the original game has made it into the game with much content remaining as it was in the original version.
Ragnarok Online: Valkyrie Uprising has just gotten a bit more mercenary. The game's latest update, Rovu: Path of Heroes brings a range of changes including new level and job level caps, new lands, free warps and most significantly, the new Mercenary system.

The Ragnarok Online team has announced that the Ninja class has received a second class evolution as of February 5th. Ninjas at base level 99 and job level 70 will be able to develop themselves into advanced Kagerou and Oboro class characters.
Gravity Interactive has announced that the town of Lighhalzen has been deployed on the Ragnarok Online Classic server. The town will offer players a variety of new quests as well as the homunculus companion monsters for Alchemists as well as the Somatology Laboratory dungeon underneath the city.
Ragnarok Classic players have four new playable classes to choose from with the latest game update. The four classes are the Ninja, Taekwon Kid, Gunslinger and Soul Linker. The official Classic page has been updated with information for players interested in giving these classes a try.
