The Ship of Heroes team has pushed out a new video to showcase the in-game auction house called "Ivar & Sons". The video showcases a character putting an item on the auction house using the "seemingly simple," yet robust system. "Functional trading system for players? Check!" the blog reads.

Bandai Namco has announced new details about its upcoming "online ARPG" Blue Protocol. Closed alpha testing will kick off this month with three days of testing for several hours each day. Four classes will be available to try out including Aegis Fighter, Twin Striker, Blast Archer, and Spell Caster. To help set the stage for the anime-inspired title, Bandai Namco sent out a new trailer and some information about the game.

On July 10th, Black Desert Online players will be able to take part in a new PvE activity called Altar of Blood. Parties of three level 56+ players will be fighting in a defensive horde mode with each round of the battle getting more difficult and with more powerful enemies. Each round will feature an "end boss" that has to be defeated in order for the next round to begin up to a maximum of ten rounds.

The first of the serialized chapters, Death Rattle, goes out today in Champions Online. Players will head out to assist Ladyhawke "investigate a brand new mystery in Millenium City". As a reward for helping out, players will unlock Magical Imbued Gauntlets Device.

The World of Warcraft Classic site has been updated with the news that closed beta testing will be ending on July 12th. The team has plans to take on verified bugs out of the 17,000 reports made over the last seven weeks of testing. This will, according to the post, make "Classic a better experience for everyone when it launches on August 27th". There will be a small event held on the final day of CBT.

The US Department of Justice is reporting that a Utah man charged with DDoS attacks against Daybreak Games when it was still Sony Online Entertainment has been sentenced to 27 months in prison and has been ordered to pay $95,000 in restitution. Defendant Austin Thompson is currently out on bond, but has been ordered to report to federal officials on August 23rd. The attacks occurred between December 2013 and January 2014 and were strong enough to take servers offline.

Starting today, Black Desert Online players can take part in the new Amazing Summer Challenge event. Over the course of the next week, players can earn a number of daily rewards depending on how many hours they play. Other ongoing events include the Shai Release Events, Play for a Free Game Pass, and Art of Thrones community event.

The Pagan Online team has posted a lengthy note on the game's Steam page to provide information to the community about what is in the works heading towards full retail release. "We know how Pagan Online should change in order to best transition from Early Access to release," the post reads. That includes responding to community feedback by tweaking existing systems and including brand new features over the course of the coming months.

Fortnite's Mega Mall location is apparently rife with "upside down portals" inspired by the Netflix series, Stranger Things. Stranger Things Season 3 is set to debut tomorrow. Mega Mall is also the home of Scoops Ahoy, an ice cream stand that is also present in Stranger Things and ice cream cones are found here and there that grant players +5 health each.

Last month, Blizzard went on record regarding the upcoming EU realm structure for World of Warcraft Classic by saying that only English and Russian servers would be available. However, after spirited community feedback, Blizzard has responded. When Classic launches on August 27th, EU players will find English, Russian, German and French realms.

Gameforge has announced that Aion v7.0 will be arriving on July 10th. It comes with the new Painter class which offers "colorful action with the new Artist specialization". In addition, the Dumaha Region has been added to bring players a new area to explore, quests to complete and much more. Lastly, the Stella Development Laboratory is a brand new instanced PvE location "with exciting missions" within.

The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a brief preview of the new content coming in the Scalebreaker DLC and Update 23 in August. Scalebreaker will include a pair of new PvE dungeons called Moongrave Fane and Lair of the Maarselok. All players will receive Update 23 that includes the much-requested "multi-crafting" utility that allows players to craft, deconstruct, and refine multiple items at one time.

TERA's Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players can now head into the game to take part as a Human Male Brawler. The Fists of Velika update also brings summertime fun that includes the new fishing system for players of level 22 and above. The Summer Festival is also in swing with oceanside fun and games, quests, awesome items and much more.

The Guild Wars 2 site has been updated to give players a chance to help select the next weapon set coming to WvW and PvP. There are four different names to choose from: Mist Champion's Weapon Set; Mist Lord's Weapon Set; Gilded Weapon Set; and Elegant Weapon Set. Players can voice their opinion on the Guild Wars 2 forum.
