A day after the team behind the survival MMO Population Zero addressed concerns over its Early Access launch, the team at Enplex has detailed the first few stages of its roadmap for May 2020.

In a post on Steam, the team shared its road map for May 2020, complete with expected dates and a wealth of details as to what players can expect. Starting on May 8th, Population Zero's development team is focusing on improving the following points, including beefing up the game's social features, game performance and balancing improvements, visual and animation improvements and most of all a boost in server stability.

Yesterday the team also rolled out its first hotfix which, according to Enplex improves the process of joining friends in-game.

Yesterday, we rolled out a patch that greatly simplifies the process of joining friends. Currently, if you would like to play with friends, you still have to use the Steam functionality (you can find the instruction here), but we applied several changes on the server-side. Now, you can join your fellow colonists despite the concurrent players limit, required game account level, and the 24-hour user allocation restriction.

You can check out the full post on Steam. Also, ICYMI, be sure to check out what Garrick thought early on of Population Zero in his impressions piece.
