In a new interview with IvenGlobal, PUBG Corp CEO Han Kim has revealed that the company would like the game to become a "universal media franchise" and that "the final goal would be to launch the title on every platform". Currently, PUBG is available only on PC and XBox One, though release on other platforms is still out in the distant future. "PUBG will be an exclusive title on XBox One for some time" Kim said.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds will officially leave Early Access beginning at 6:00 pm Pacific / 9:00 pm Eastern at which time servers will be brought down for maintenance and to deploy v1.0. It is expected that maintenance will last for five hours and that the game will "officially launch" at 11:00 pm Pacific / 2:00 am Eastern.
