For a game that's run in a web browser, there's little to no lag, very nice graphics and sound, and more. Anyone who gives this game a shot won't be disappointed if they're simply looking for a casual good time. While it does involve some grinding to be done (unless you plan to spend real money) the game is solid enough to keep you coming back. While this isn't the next big mmorpg, it's still a good time to be had and worth playing when you have some downtime. Tue May 25 2010 11:03PM

It is a 3d game but flight is planet based and is on a 2d plane i.e. no up or down, you just follow the terrain. The PVE starts of fairly slow and easy but gets progressively harder and by low teens you start to feel the need for a 'squadron' (group). There is a clan system, chat and buddy system. PvP is optional, at least it is so far (level 14 atm) and group combat is based on the usual tank/medic/dps/CC setup of other MMO's. The only real grindy aspect of the game is gathering fuel which is unstandable as they need some way to generate cash shop sales. Missions are usually 10 minute excursions down to the local planet so it is ideal for a quick lunchtime sortie even at work as it is browser or client based. As freebies go I would rate it as one of the best especially compared to the browser crowd. Tue Jul 28 2009 4:25AM
