In a press release today, Versus Evil and Obsidian Entertainment announced that Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition will release for Nintendo Switch on August 8.
Obsidian's CEO Feargus Urquhart participated in an interview with GamePressure.com. The interview took place during Digital Dragons 2016 in Poland and, while the full interview is not yet published, the site revealed the great news that Pillars of Eternity 2 is already in the works.

Obsidian Entertainment has announced that the next expansion to Pillars of Eternity will be launching in late January 2016. Called The White March - Part 2, the expansion brings to a close the storyline started in part one and includes new quests, abilities and a new Barbarian companion named Meneha. Players can also look forward to an increased level cap and something called "Story Time mode" that progresses the epic tale at a faster pace.
