Obsidian Entertainment has announced that the second of three planned DLC packages for Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire will be launching on September 25th. Called "Seeker, Slayer, Survivor", the DLC is set to challenge even the hardiest of adventurers with visceral combat of three distinct types.
In Seeker, players will have to use a variety of strategies to take down enemies by building the right party once the strategy is determined.
In Slayer, the party will have to find and defeat "truly fearsome creatures in a battle to the death".
In Survivor, the team takes on waves of enemies in increasing numbers and power.
The DLC is part of the season pass or can be purchased separately. All players will see a number of bug fixes and balance improvements regardless of whether or not they own the DLC.
