Jeff Kaplan from the Overwatch team has outlined a new experiment coming to the game.
In a video (below), Jeff outlines what they’re planning. In essence, these experiments are focused on radical gameplay changes, which may go live today. This test is to test a change to the role queue system. They’re aiming to change the number of roles and restrictions to those roles, so one tank, three damage, and two support characters. The reason for this experiment is to see if they’ll reduce queue times for damage players.
