Many fans on the Grand Theft Auto forum were hoping that a leaked image showing a cowboy hat wearing dude was a teaser for Red Dead Redemption 2. While not from that game, the image comes as great news for MMO fans in the form of Wild West Online, an open world PvP extravaganza being built for PC. Developers of WWO have plans to reveal much, much more about the game in about two weeks when they will bring their project to a $250k KickStarter.

Kotaku is reporting that four independent sources within BioWare are reporting that any further development on the Mass Effect series is on an indefinite hiatus, with the team at BioWare: Montreal being turned into a support studio for Project Dylan while other employees have been transferred to EA Motive for Battlefront II support.

Over the years we at MMORPG have attended countless game shows. Every one of them is unique and has surprises that we try our hardest to share with fans. This year however, on the heels of a very strong PAX East we are entering the E3 territory and many of the big game reveals do not seem like they are on the horizon. How will E3 play out in a few months is anyone's guess, but here are a few theories for you to consider.

Funcom has released a new trailer for Secret World Legends that reveals the launch day as June 26th. The game will be launched as a completely free-to-play title. Secret World Legends is a "shared-world roleplaying game" that is a revamp of Funcom's original MMO, The Secret World.

We're all just waiting for the launch of the Morrowind Chapter in June, wildly guessing what it's going to be like and where the rest of 2017 will take us.
