Season 4 of content for the Zenith VR MMORPG is coming soon for players to try out on test clients, per a blog update.
The Infinite Realms mode will get the core of the update, with new enemies and island layouts to come. When the player hits level 100 in this action-focused mode, players can now talk to an NPC to increase Prestige rank and reset levels and skill trees, which seems to be a move to give the mode a little more replayability.
The Last City will also get substantial updates, including basic item trading between players and rerolling pet perks. Adjustments have also been made to ensure playability in the long run, it looks like, as certain game modes have had their minimum player counts slashed in half (4 to 2, and 2 to 1), daily raid caps have been doubled, and certain reward tokens have been double, too.
Plus, overall, players will be able to utilize their premium-currency cosmetics for any character.
If previous news holds true, this may very well be the last series of major updates we see for Zenith, as Ramen VR informed players last month that Zenith will enter maintenance mode soon. This shift includes a recent merging of “shards” to bring players together and make the server count manageable.
